Tomato Festival

When: 10 am to 3 pm, Saturday, August 20
Where: Meadowbrook Community Center courtyard, 267 Alleghany Spring Road, Shawsville

The annual Eastmont Tomato Festival is a free event sponsored by the Eastmont Community Foundation. Enjoy delicious food (fried green tomatoes, tomato pizza, tomato sandwiches and biscuits), live music, games, arts and crafts, and more.

Visit the Meadowbrook Museum’s “tomato-themed” booth to learn more about our collections, resources, and special programs. Find out how you can be a part of this valuable undertaking to preserve Eastern Montgomery’s past.
